The staff of the National Parks Trust of the Virgin Islands and the 1780 Lower Estate Sugar Works Museum invite you to view the exhibition ‘CONSERVING NATURAL TREASURES’.
The exhibition ‘Conserving Natural Treasures’ highlights the twenty one national parks and other protected areas which are under the jurisdiction of the National Parks Trust. These areas range from urban parks in Road Town, Tortola, the Joseph Reynold O’Neal Botanic Gardens and the Queen Elizabeth Park to the remote ones such as the Tobagos, wildlife sanctuaries situated on the western end of the island chain.
The exhibition will open at 5:30 p.m. on Monday 10th May, 2010 at the 1780 Lower Estate Sugar Works Museum, located close to the Sir Rupert Briercliffe Hall on Station Avenue, and extend to Thursday, May 27, 2010.
Opening hours of the Museum: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
