Built to withstand unpredictable transatlantic journeys whilst upholding an ethos as the utmost comfortable sailing experience, the luxurious yachts known as Oysters are developed by Oyster Yachts- an internationally recognised brand which caters to their loyal customer base known as the ‘Oyster Family.’
Available for purchase by a new or existing member of the Oyster Family, the stunning Bandido was custom launched in 2011 to provide an outstanding live-aboard experience for those who sail her.
Bandido is a 63ft, triple award-winning, Oyster 625 – the signature creation of the world-renowned yacht designer, Rob Humphreys who works with the Oyster Design Team in coordination with owners to develop beautiful semi-custom vessels.
One of the advantages from the onset of her design was that Bandido is designed to be an owner-driven boat, as she is currently owned and operated solely by an experienced sailing couple. Alternatively, the vessel is large enough to host a crew on board, as she was created to accommodate up to eight guests in four cabins.
A modern addition to the Oyster yacht models 575 and up, Bandido features triple vertical seascape windows, which create both a unique exterior feature—signature to the Oyster brand—and allow prime visibility when viewing the ocean from inside the vessel.
On board, the yacht’s huge flush aft deck with teak laid floors is above adequate space to move around comfortably, as the sailing equipment has been positioned to allow the freedom of movement for guests. Her outdoor entertaining area is separate from the cockpit, providing a private area for relaxation where those who choose to can bask in the surrounding ocean’s tranquillity. Here, alfresco dining can be enjoyed on a gloss-varnished folding table under the shade of a protective bimini.
The yacht features an opulent interior with teak wood floors, tailored for a fresh and contemporary feel. Her spacious saloon area affords comfortable lounge furniture with beautiful off-white leather upholstery and maple joinery, accompanied by a folding banquet table for more formal dining affairs.
Bandido’s layout contains three guest cabins and one master suite. The double guest cabin and twin guest cabin each have their own en suite bathroom, and the twin cabin, located aft of the navigation area can alternatively be used for crew members, should the owner’s desire it.
Located at the stern of the yacht, the lavish master suite also contains an en suite bathroom, with the addition of a comfortable leather sofa and dressing table with a stool. Each of the sleeping areas provide above average storing space in crown-cut maple cabinets.
In the galley, which separates the owner’s cabin from the saloon, a full service kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and stainless steel sinks. The area is intended to allow enough space to comfortably prepare full meals, yet everything is arranged in close enough proximity to navigate the kitchen with ease while travelling at sea.
Everything about Bandido has been personalised to appeal to both her owners’ preferences and the Oyster ethos of comfort. As the product of an international market leader of world-class cruising yachts, the stunning vessel promises to deliver uncompromised quality and performance, when embarking upon the endeavours of her future owners around the world.
