When it comes to contemporary mega yachts, it would be hard to find one more opulent, more glamorous and better equipped than the 62 metre SeaLyon.
She was born a mere seven years ago and looks brand new today.
SeaLyon has four decks and a unique glass elevator with modesty misting to transport you to your desired level. The al fresco split-level sundeck forward, boasts a large 12-person Jacuzzi with Chromatherapy lighting, purported to have healing and relaxing properties. The area has its own umbrellas and stylish décor with comfortable semi-circular seating surrounding the Jacuzzi, offering 180-degree panoramic views. Aft, and one level down is another spacious lounging area with a circular revolving sun bed and misting system for intermittent cooling. Adjacent are two sun loungers and semi-circular seating ideal for enjoying aperitifs and hors d’oeuvres. There’s a bespoke dining area here, which can be transformed into a stage and may be enjoyed after dark as an outdoor cinema.
The main deck is equipped with a gym kitted out with state of the art Technogym equipment. There’s a TV, iPod system, treadmill, free weights, a Power Plate, and more. While you’re working out, the gym allows you to enjoy sea views through large windows. The bridge deck Media Room is a retreat for total relaxation featuring a 103-inch plasma screen and the world’s first segmented sun orrery chart on the ceiling. An orrery is a mechanical model of the solar system based on a heliocentric design. It makes for great reference to astronomy as it can provide the positions of celestial objects such as planets with a high degree of accuracy; another unique feature in SeaLyon’s inventory.

The magnificent main deck Master Suite is a large airy room that provides panoramic views and includes a walk-in dressing area, large marble bathroom with a spa bath and shower. The luxury bathroom area includes two built-in televisions, his and hers.
There are four guest cabins on the lower deck and a VIP suite on the main deck. These are comprised of two twin bedrooms that can be converted to doubles, two spacious double rooms, and a VIP cabin with queen-size bed. There is a fully equipped office in polished rosewood on the bridge deck.
The formal dining room is especially luxurious with an artistic overhead lighting arrangement, dark polished glass topped table and comfortable seating. There’s direct access to the reception room for pre-dinner cocktails or after dinner drinks. Fixtures, soft furnishings, and lounge furniture complement the polished dark woods imparting a feeling of unrestrained opulence.
SeaLyon offers its guests a full array of water toys including jet skis, Sea-bobs, a 7m slide, climbing tower, snorkeling gear, and a selection of towables with a two jet propelled RIB tenders by Castoldi; Scuba diving can be arranged.
The Superyacht SeaLyon combines luxury with quality and design excellence, all authenticated when she won the prestigious World Superyacht, International Yacht, and SBID (Society of British Design) awards.
SeaLyon may not be the biggest superyacht out there but she could arguably be the finest.
SeaLyon will be available for charter in the British Virgin Islands and the Caribbean for the winter season 2016/2017.
