The BVI Post announces that as of yesterday, the General Post Office is now operating at its new location, an interim facility at the Blackburne Road. The Post Office is now located on the second floor of the Qwomar building, which houses the hardware store.
The public is advised that the Post Office’s operational hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The office’s new telephone numbers are 468-5160/5162 or 5163 and the fax line is 468-5167.
Customers are asked to use the empty lot across from the Qwomar Trading Building, which will be open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The lot will be closed and prohibited to vehicles outside of these hours.
