Editor’s Letter, April 2014
The month of April is welcome in the BVI for its gift of great weather, pleasant sailing and a host of exclusive events across the islands – the most renowned being the BVI Spring Regatta & Sailing Festival Mar 31 – April 6.
Arriving with the freshness of spring, we would like to introduce several new columns to VIPY: Virgin Islands Life – a photo column that will tell a different story every month about the luxury lifestyle here; BVI HomeSense which will answer all your questions regarding real estate and property purchase; and From Sea Level which this month showcases its third piece in the series, emerging from the perspective of a crewed yacht charter chef.

Property Sales
In this issue, we feature two properties—one currently under development on Brandywine Estate in Tortola and the other situated in the North Sound of Virgin Gorda—that are ideal for avid sailors; a prominent group in our BVI community due to the excellent sailing waters and abundance of yachts. We also finally unveil the winners of our 1st ever photo competition, revealing the beauty of the BVI in our spread of contestant’s images. We hope you enjoy the spread as much as we did receiving the submissions.
