HELLO

We’re ecstatic to open our first issue of 2017 with a freshly redesigned layout and new feature articles, tailored to your interests.

We hope you revelled in the Christmas and New Year festivities, and have continued to hold firm to your resolutions of prosperity and progress.

We begin February’s pieces with a property that represents the dream result of some of our new year’s resolutions – Casey Bay of Virgin Gorda. This beautiful retreat is the epitome of custom-built luxury and we don’t think it’s possible to find a person who wouldn’t find this architectural feat of magnificence, to be perfection.

We conclude our visit to Leverick Bay with parts three and four of our interview story The Foundations of a Legend. Yates Associates Construction Company have achieved greatness in their portfolio; Leverick Bay’s real estate has been a highlight of their success and contribution to the billionaire yacht playground of the North Sound.
