Located on the beautiful island of Virgin Gorda, Leverick Bay Resort & Marina is lapped by the beautiful blue waters of an unspoiled lagoon best known as “North Sound”.
When you decide to spend time at Leverick Bay Resort & Marina, you will soon discover that it is much more than just a stay. What would otherwise be another typical visit will be transformed into a full-on experience, an experience unlike any other. But what makes this resort so incomparable?
In a recent interview with Mrs Sharon Flax Brutus, the Director of Operations, she told us that she likes to call herself a Tourism Experience Curator. She told us her role involves, “looking towards the future and how we can position Leverick Bay Resort and Marina as a leading hospitality entity on the British Virgin Islands where we offer a great value and a great guest experience.”
With that, we can clearly see that the dedication to creating not merely another visit but rather a unique and memorable experience for guests. Even in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Leverick Bay has been putting measures in place to respond to the crisis and continues to improve the guest experience.
“We are pleased to say that our safety and hygiene protocols are some of the best and most consistent in BVI. All of our staff have been trained and have received Gold Seal Certification and we continue to train them on the latest enhancements to our safety protocols. We recognize as well that many of us are now staycationing in our very own BVI so we have worked hard to create special offerings for residents that include spa as well as restaurant offerings,” said Brutus.
But this of course is just the beginning of what makes Leverick Bay an experience unlike any other.
More Than Just A Room
Each of the 14 spacious, hillside guest rooms have been specifically designed to provide guests with the picturesque view of North Sound, Mosquito Island and the Caribbean Sea. Located just above the Leverick Bay Resort & Marina, Bay Suites called Cinnamon, Spice, Ginger and Nutmeg also offer stunning views of the surrounding islands and sea.
As outstanding as the breathtaking views they offer, the guest rooms and bay suites themselves bring to life the natural beauty of Virgin Gorda.
All of the details of the guest rooms, from the cool tile floors to the tropical colours, transforms the space into a haven of tranquillity, allowing guests to escape and relax in island style. Each spacious unit is fully air-conditioned, including two double beds, a small refrigerator, coffee making facilities, ceiling fan, cable TV, telephone, and an in-room safe.
Each one- or two-bedroom suite has air-conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms. They also have fully modern kitchens, spacious living area, barbecues and breezy wraparound terraces. Moreover, there is cable TV, CD stereo system, and telephone.
