Also referred to as the Cliff Penthouse, the glamourous British Virgin Islands suite features a majestic Murano Via Lattea chandelier, plush leather sofas and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with a wraparound outdoor terrace and infinity swimming pool. All of the furniture is made from high-end fashion house Fendi. OBMI is responsible for the architectural design of the exquisite Cliff Penthouse. OBMI’s design established the architectural character and a standard for casual elegance and environmental sensitivity in Oil Nut Bay. The villa blends into the landscape blurring the boundaries between the interior and exterior, through the use of open pavilions and expansive roofs.

This a charming space of which I had all the 5 sets of double doors change to glass doors for views of the deck, dining area, and lounge area. So you can open the doors and living indoors or outdoors / or keep it closed on bad weather days or hot days and use the air conditioning.

Judges will be looking for entire rooms or spaces (i.e. not just one aspect of a room), where the interior/exterior décor and decoration complement one another and deliver a cohesive creative statement: beautiful spaces that speak about their owners and the way they live/work.
Factors taken into consideration will include: color use, texture, use of space, creative ideas, composition, interior design, furniture, textiles, soft furnishings, fixtures, accessories, fittings, styling.
To be eligible for entry, homes/villas/commercial spaces must be lived in and fully furnished.
