The cottages are 2 buildings housing 4 semi-detached units. Situated across the road from the Cane Garden Bay beach, they are set in a beautiful palm-tree shaded, grassy, large walled garden.

Inspiration Point

Inspiration Point sits on a bluff east of Road Town Tortola. It has an open floor plan, is bright and airy with a spacious covered veranda for enjoyable indoor/ outdoor living and dining.

Awe-inspiring views abound all around of Peter Island, Norman Island & St John. The house is situated to capture the trade winds and has consistent gentle breezes.

Marco’s Men’s Clothiers

To turn a small apartment into a stylish, and upscale men’s clothier was no easy feat. The vision was to create a bachelor pad where men would feel comfortable shopping. We had to find a balance between store and apartment. And I would say that goal was was accomplished and the vision brought to life.

Captain’s Studio

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo in Nanny Cay, Tortola is an end unit, providing more privacy and natural light. Set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens and only a few steps from the docks this condo is not part of the new development but does now take advantage of all the new investment at Nanny Cay.

Sapphire Village Studio Condo

Vote for Kitchen with all the bells n whistles built like a yacht but on the land! in the Best use of Small Space category of the Stylish Spaces competition by the Virgin Islands Property and Yacht magazine and win cool prizes! The owner of this studio condo completely gutted it and started from scratch. He is a boat guy who loves to cook. He knew that vacationers would appreciate high end appliances all sized for the small space. Custom maple cabinets, granite counters, Bosch, Miele, Jennair appliances even an icemaker for those all important tropical drinks! Ingenious storage and Ikea furnishings complete the package! Sapphire Breeze is a jewel box of a vacation condo for the most discerning of guests! Completion December 2015
