The exterior complements the villa’s tranquil theme with a 17ft x 20ft infinity-edge, solar-heated pool controlled by hand held remote for the pumps and infinity edge itself.

On the upper deck adjacent to the pool level is a barbecue and a table for outdoor dining. Falling at the western end of the great room, proximate to the kitchen, pool deck, and outdoor eating area is a wet bar possessing a sliding shutter. This feature transforms the bar area into charming indoor/outdoor space and includes a U‐line ice maker and Marvel wine cooler.

Beneath the house, still on the west side of the villa is a gym/yoga studio with a half bathroom. On the lower level on the east end of the house is a studio to be used as desired; perhaps as a residence for a nanny, caretaker or housekeeper.

Gifted with all these functional and attractive amenities, the property’s tranquillity and seclusion is completed by gated entry to the villa, using an electronic key pad and remote gate control tied into the phone system.
