Ocean Surfari Sport Fishing Charters Reader Prize Promotion Terms & Conditions

The prize is a 6-hour (3/4 day) sport fishing charter for 6 x guests on Ocean Surfari Sport Fishing Charters’ (“Ocean Surfari”) 37ft Calypso boat.  The prize is valued at $1,250 and includes 6 x fishing permits, bait and fuel.  Boat departs from Soper’s Hole Marina, Tortola, BVI. Prize does not include travel expenses to/from Soper’s Hole Marina BVI, food, accommodation or any other associated expense not expressly stated in the package description above. Redemption date is based on space availability, to be agreed between the winner and Ocean Surfari. Entries for this prize are open from 1 October 2015 until 30 November 2015. Prize must be booked by 1 September 2016 and taken by 30 November 2016. One entry per person (extra entries are null and void).  Entrant must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash and no exchanges will be made. The Judge’s decision is final. Employees of aLookingGlass, Ocean Surfari Sport Fishing Charters, and associated sponsor(s) and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children), household members of each such employee and agencies are not permitted to enter. Entries are the property of aLookingGlass and Ocean Surfari Sport Fishing Charters and may be used by either or both of them for promotional purposes in any media without entrant’s consent or further payment or consideration. Entrant agrees to have his/ her name, likeness, photograph, voice and/ or opinions used for publicity purposes.  Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
